Shock Plan: Financing of the projects

The following finance mechanisms are established for the execution of the Actions Programme:

  • Sprinkling irrigation system on a plot using a total coverage system Funds allocated by the Ministries of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food as provided under the respective budgetary items referred to in chapter VI of the Directorate-General for Rural Development.
  • Finance and execution of projects by the Government Agrarian Infrastructure Corporations through the signing of specific agreements with infrastructure-users.
  • Automatic mesh filter (self-cleaning) Finance through entrusting TRAGSA with the responsibility of management, based on which the latter will proceed to execute and pre-finance the actions taken to construct the works that are intended to improve and consolidate irrigation farming methods.
  • Funds allocated by the Ministry of the Environment as provided under the respective budgetary items outlined in Chapter VI of the General Water Authorities and Hydrographic Confederations. The system used for financing these projects will be subject to the provisions of article 114.2 of the revised text of the Water Act.
  • Robot touch screen in a pumping station Finance and execution of projects by the Government Water Corporations in accordance with the provisions of their direct management agreement and after first signing specific agreements for this purpose with infrastructure-users.
