Shock Plan: Environmental actions
The action projects will take into consideration a budgetary item to cover
environmental actions, thereby permitting the execution of environmental protective,
corrective or compensatory measures that must be taken as a consequence of the
decisions adopted in each case by the responsible institution. For all cases not
provided for Attachment I of Royal Legislative Decree Act 1302/1986, a budgetary item will also
be allocated to cover actions taken to ensure environmental recuperation.
The Irrigation Associations benefiting from these projects will carry out an
environmental follow-up of the zone to be improved on and consolidated, at their
own expense, especially with respect to tipping and atmospheric pollution caused
by the use of phytosanitary products, and furnish the Environmental Authority with
any information it may request.
